Ann Pisano led the property marketing for Pembroke Park with employer CBRE|Hampton Roads. She helped with coordinating in-house design services, marketing project management, event management and planning for the institutional owner of the Pembroke Park property located adjacent from the Town Center of Virginia Beach, VA. Property tours and interest increased by 95% from assignment which resulted in two new lease deals and five lease renewals within 16 months.

Responsibilities included ordering/designing custom leasing signage, designing property brochures, marketing boards, maps, floor plan layouts, direct mailers, and email marketing broadcast templates. Hired in-house graphic designer to design a branded open house brokerage invitation and gift card envelopes. Communicated website development and design with CBRE’s senior website developer to create a multi-page property website for Pembroke Park. She provided photography, maps, brochures, website content/copywriting about the property’s specifications, area amenities, and planned capital improvements.
